Fix gouges in sho front nose cowl under $20

Advance Auto: Dupli-color: BTY1619 Magnetic Gray Met / BCL0125 Clear Top Coat. It's a perfect match! Drill out the top of the rivets to remove piece then cut rivet flush w/ hull. they should stay in place. Reassemble w/#10x1/2" flat head stainless metal screws through the center of the hollow rivet. Secured the Yami badge w/hot glue. (removes easy w/heat gun) I think this is the 5th time I've done this damn repair now, so decided to change it up w/ matte black. I welded the end of a screw bit into a 7/16" flange nut to work w/ ratchet so I don't have to remove the hood next time.

painted rear bumpers w/dark gray bumper coating and secured w/ stainlss nuts & bolts, had to remove inner plastic reinforcement to get bumper rivets out. reattached reinforcement w/ rivets but drilled bumper mount through hull lip for bolts. the rub rail is attached w/screws. idon't think any coating will stick so i cleaned small scuffs w/ 400 grit wet sanding and flame polished using small torch then rubbing compound. looks pretty good
