Head Porting, Lightened Oversize Ferrea Valves

Considering doing some mods to the head along with a new Rotax cam. Any special tricks or trip hazards to look out for. Already have the Riva pistons so valve clearance will not be an issue. My machinest is well adapted to head porting and flow testing but has never touched a 4-tec head. Are there any special valve seat, guides, or seal requirements that I should alert him to. Anyone have a quick run down on the basics for doing this mod? CNC machine porting is like $1200 through Rotax, I can get all the work done for about half that price and I know the guy does some very neat work I just have to convince myself to let em grind on my head. Any advice is welcomed!
