I believe gauges, seat, and tie down cleats. I have a SHO cruiser and I love the water temp gauge. Has other features but the water temp gauge is all I keep up. The tie downs are great. I would add them if I didn’t have the cruiser. Seat differences I could care less about.

Differences depend on the year. On the older FXHOs the Crusier version also has the re-boarding step and the non-cruiser did not, but on the newer models they both come with the re-boarding step.

As nashvegas said, you get additional guages on the right side of the panel (air/water temp, fuel consumption, trip calculator, and compass). I think the gauges make it worth the additional cost. I use the air/water temp every time I go out, and the compass has saved me a couple of times. Its also fun to see how much fuel you are burning at a particular speed. The only other thing not mentioned would be the foot chocks, which are just raised plastic foot rests for the driver. The pop up cleats are also very useful, since there are not many places to tie off to on the ski.

Also.... upto & including 08 FXHO.....foot chocks, & rear grap rail is larger....it raps around the seat more, making it easier for passangers to hold on. Handlebars are also higher.
