4 tec Ported Heads, Lightened cams/flywheels/balancers

I did this Machine work before i owned my GPRXP for my friend James (powerslave) I ported and polished the cylinder head. At the time i didnt have a setup to bench flow test my port work, but i am almost done with the setup to do so now. He supplied me with Les Cooke Titanium Retainers, OEM New Valve Springs, Ferrea SS valves. I cut a 5 angle Valve job, machined the deck surface flat, and assembled the head. Let me know what you guys think!

i meant a 3 angle valve job. I have never seen gains above that, that made it worth doing. Although some people swear by 5 angle.

Now if you can just get that log to flow downstream you will be set. Or is their a header in the near future.

i did quite a bit of porting on the exhaust manifold. im not sure if all manifolds are the same but mine had quite a bit of casting flaws and very rough areas. i now have a long enough carbide to port all the way to the end of the manifold.

Nice Nice, what method did you use to clean the sealing surface of the head so well?

the cylinder head was slightly warped ( .002") Being a Multi-Layer Steel headgasket and the motor would be making alot more power than factory i didnt take any chances and Milled the cylinder head on my surfacing machine. I went really slow milling it to give it a very "smooth" finish. Im really itching to port some more heads. I had a run this summer of 18 cylinder heads for Acura Integra GSR's, Mitsubishi Evo's, 08 Mustang GT 4.6l heads, and a ton of other applications. I just upgraded alot of my shop porting equipment right after that big run of heads so im dying to try this new stuff out.
