F12 buzzing noise from Ebox - No start

03 F12 ran great last time it was used. Tried to start it and the battery was dead. Charged it up.

Now there is a buzzing noise coming from the rear Ebox at all times. When the lanyard is put on a warning buzzer beeps. The only way to get the buzzing noise to stop is to disconnect the battery. The engine still turns over when you push the start button but will not fire off now. I dont believe its the starter solenoid because its still working properly. What else could be stuck open causing the buzzing noise?
