It's normal, it's just the exhaust pressure(it's what pushes the water through) coming through because there isn't any water running. Just make sure the engine is always running when you turn the water on or you are going to have some problems.

The golden rule mentioned in your owners manual and for any pwc ''NEVER RUN THE SKI WITHOUT WATER GOING THOUGH IT FOR MORE THAN 10-15 SECS!!" ...if you have it running on the hose and no waters coming out yet, just smoke..blip the throttle a few times to increase the exhaust/water pressure..it should start to come out...if after a while still only 2 of the 3 are "pissing" then you might have a blockage...

I find by flushing my ski on the the trailer with the house garden hose ,I make sure nothing in the house is run water...especially in the basement...washing machine/sink etc....depending on the plumbing set up, you can really lose pressure/water to that garden hose and take a while for the water to circulate fully and strongly...

With no water pressure, exhaust gases will back up from the waterbox into the waterjackets of the exhaust

Do you have poor water pressure at your house? Typically, you only need to turn the hose faucet on half way for plenty of water. Remember that a lot of pressure is not a "good" thing....
