superseded sc rebuild kit
Does anybody have any experience with the new clutch washers that come with the lastest seadoo rebuild kit. They have a rough surface on them. Has anybody used them on a high boost set up i e 16psi plus?

They are in my charger now because my gold ones shattered. They were losing slip fast at first but are starting to improve. 15 or so pounds of boost.

I have run them for 40 hrs on a minirude, they perform great.
They maintain slip, and don't wear the gear.
After 40 hrs no wearmarks on the rotax clutch washers slip set at 15 ft lbs (20 nm) at 0 hrs.
now after a season of riding slip still at 14 ft lbs, that's not to bad.
I did reset slip after 10 hrs back to 15 ft lb ,but somehow you loose 1 ft lb after riding ,but it stays then at 14 ft lb and doesn't go lower anymore.
14 ft lbs is perfect for minirude because it puts out 14 psi.
