    primer install on a '96 SL780

ok so i just got my triple carb primer for my '96 SL 780, i've read a lot of threads on different skis but not so much on mine, i need some input on the installation, do i need to remove the choke linkage or can i connect the supply lines to the oil line hook-ups since i pre-mix?

    Remove the choke linkage.

The oil fittings have check valves that would require psi to allow the fuel to squirt. Plus the removal of the choke linakge increases air flow. (slightly)

Remove the choke linkage and epoxy the supplied fittings in place of the choke parts. 1 primer fitting and 1 plug per carb.

The primer supply hose connects to the fuel return hose between carb rack and fuel tank return nipple.

Loop the fuel tank return hose down below carb level, and connect the primer feed tee at the low point. That ensures there will be fuel sitting in the return hose for the primer to use.

Blocking off the other hole from the choke linkage.

Primer fitting in 1 hole, while the plug is epoxied in the other.

(choke linkage goes through the carb body, so 1 hole on each side)
