    Mystery holes

    I have inherited a 1997 SL700 "ski-in-a box", seem to have all the parts, but am confused by 2 holes in the starter side of the crankcase.
    Are these freeze-plugs.? Can anyone help?
    This is my 1st experience with Polaris
