stainless steel extension wear ring
I cant find my camera to take any pics of my impeller and extension on my slt 780 at this time, but I am pretty sure that I need to replace my wear ring/extension. One side has deeper grooves then the other and seem pretty deep. I have a new scat trac 15/20 swirl impeller on the way and am starting to look for a new extension. I know it is posted on here, because everything is, but I can not find it searching
Does anyone know who makes a SS extension or what model they came on.
Also if some one does find it searching what options did you pic and type in
Thanks for the help

This is the Polaris part number 5134562 it's the updated SS one sell for about $130 plus shipping at Polaris Parts Pitstop. I've replaced them on my 2 1996 slt 780. Salt water really kills the older version

Also, if you have wear marks, and deeper ones on one side than the other, you WILL want to inspect your pump bearings for sure!!!!
Chances are the bearings are bad and allowing the impeller to spin out of round causing the deeper gouges on 1 side.

Thats what I was thinking. I was planning on a rebuild kit over winter, but I might end up going with a 6 vane stator if I can find one for the right price by spring.
I will keep your aluminum one in mind, but am going to hold off for now to see if I can find a SS one.
Thanks for the part number and fast reply

Hey Polarisracer166 I can not send you a PM because you have no space left. You dont have a SS 6 vane stator by any chance to go with the extension?
