Dustin Farthing teams up with Mountain Motorsports to design a new line of Personal Watercraft Performance Products.
August 27, 2010
Atlanta, GA: 16 time National and World Champion watercraft racer Dustin Farthing has teamed up with Mountain Motorsports to develop a new line of personal watercraft performance parts. Dustin and his long-time mechanic, and father, Phil Farthing will be designing, testing, and developing the complete line of race, recreation, and offshore performance products out of the all-new Mountain Motorsports location in Atlanta, GA.
“I am really pumped to have the opportunity to design some key parts that will make a significant difference in the performance and handling of any watercraft” says Farthing. During Farthing’s near twenty-year career, he has raced for all three major manufacturers in the personal watercraft industry: Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Sea-Doo. Farthing will use the experience and knowledge he has gained throughout the years of competing on all types of watercraft to develop performance parts for personal watercraft from all three of the major manufacturers. “It’s good to partner with Mountain Motorsports because their dealership sells all the major brands, and this gives me the opportunity to design parts that will make each and every watercraft handle and perform better,” says Farthing. “Along with designing all the new parts, we will be building complete turn-key race ski’s, ” explains Farthing.
Mountain Motorsports is a multi-line powersport dealership group with three locations headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Mountain Motorsports is owned by three time National and World Champion watercraft racer Ryan Hardwick. “I am very excited about working with Dustin on developing these new parts, and I’m also thrilled to provide our customers with an unparalleled riding experience on their watercraft,” says Hardwick. “Dustin and Phil will be working out of a brand new, state of the art race shop that we are building at our new dealership in Atlanta,” Hardwick explains.
The exciting new line of performance products will be available in early 2011. For more information stay tuned to www.mtn-motorsports.com and www.farthingracing.com for up-to-date information and news.
