Have you checked all the hull pieces to make sure nothing is loose?

Sponsons tight, ride plate and intake grate undamaged, correctly positioned, and all bolts in place?

Check the jet pump and nozzle for missing, loose, cracked or bent hardware/fasteners. Make sure the reverse bucket is all the way up when in the forward position, and that the latch for the reverse lever is actually holding the lever in the forward position.

That is a nice looking ski.

I do not know for sure if those are stock sponsons or not.

But when I added that style to my ski, it made it feel unpredictable. Kinda like the water currents were pushing me around a bit. (didn't like that feeling at all)

Did you notice the tipsy feeling at speed, or more just idling around? (low speed)

Was there any water inside the hull?

    hey Xlint,

There wasnt Heaps of wate rin the hull, like maybe alittle but nothign to worry about, its was mainly at high speed, sometime around 20mph?? but yeah, it felt REAL unpredictable!!

    20mph isn't really 'fast'

Those sponsons look like they are mounted rather low on the sides, below the stock locations.

It looks like there are another set of mounting holes (stock holes) above the sponsons. Can you get a closeup picture of the rear half of the ski from the side? If the sponsons are too low it can have a major effect on handling.
