    Just thought I'd say hello!!!

To all those ol'school guys that have been here more than a year or so... Just dropped by to say hello to all my old buddies! No, I don't have another waverunner yet. It's been about a year & 2 months since I sold my XLT! I miss it sorely! My dream is to own another project ski by next summer. MUST BE ANOTHER XLT!!! I can't wait!

After 11 months unemployed (reason I sold my XLT)then 4 months employed by the most retarded company on the planet, I finally landed a beautiful job last week. Now it's time to save, save, save!!! I'll be back soon! This time I WONT sink! Yeah right, where's the fun in that?

I am glad to see you drop by and say hello, I hope the Job gets you back in position to again get out and riding. I do hate to tell you this, but every time somebody brings up the PVC pipe in the free flow, I bring your ski up as an example why not to use it.

I laugh about it now but I know it wasn't a pretty sight! It's ugly to see yourself sinking in an aligator infested lake... Ok, I exagerated a bit but yes, there are always a good 5-6 gators there. When I saw myself sinking I got chills down my spine & thought I lost the ski for good. Thank God that wasn't the case though & I learned from my mistake. I hope that thread serves as an example to anyone thinking of taking that shortcut!

We ran straight pvc on my buddies 580sp one time, it was way loud... we rode it for a while and didn't have any bad results...

Probably not the smartest thing to do.
