Your stock valave train isnt rated to run them high of RPMS for very long..At them RPMs you put alot of stress on not only the valve springs but the retainers being your valves are concidered heavy...Under them high of RPMs your valave springs are not strong enough to pull the heavier valves up fast enough and therefore letting the valve hit the piston some times causing them to break the valve or retainer.. IF your planning on running RPMs over 8100-8200 your definatly gonna need either the Riva Valve train upgrade OR Ferrea Lightweight Valves with Les Cooke retainers..So yes your Mechanic was 100% correct....

That is coz the valve did not close fast enough and the piston hit it which snapped the valve in half.

The lighter retainers allow the valves to close faster so they dont get hit by the piston.

Your lucky it did not break the cylinder as that is a common problem when dropping valves. R88

still not give that reason coz that valve snap after run a more than 20hours,, if that happen after run only a few hours its posible,,and if valve not close fast maybe valve happin and compresion leak,,

If you dont want to believe intelligent people giving you the correct answer to your question dont ask! So far your mechanic and numerous other people have told you the right answer. it didnt happen right away because its like playing with fire, may not burn you at first but you can only get lucky so many times
