GP1200R Completely (Power) Dead - Whatcha think?

Time sucks for me at the moment so I will bring it to WFO on Monday but have allocated a couple of hours to do some checking tomorrow.

    1.) Ski runs perfect.
2.) While doing 78 mph and turning 7140 rpms ski cuts off.
3.) Ski starts again with a little trouble and runs perfectly but will not go over half throttle.
4.) Ski then does not want to start, backfires from the pump but eventually starts and runs half throttle again, perfectly.
5.) Ski does not want to start.
6.) Replaced Advent with another CDI. Cranks again but water temp blasting. Insert resister. Cranks but not start.
    7.) Run batt completely dead.
    8.) Recharge battery. Nada
    9.) Bypass battery switch. Nada
10.) Try another start/stop button. Nada
11.) Replace entire electrical box. Nada
12.) Replace battery with new and charged battery. Nada

Ski is just power dead. No clicks, whines, noises, or anything.

Any ideas before Richard starts chasing wires?

Did you check the main ground to where it bolts to the starter? Ground form the front cover to the head? ohm out the Stator to see if it is shorted?

Good call on the stator, not checked. I did look at ground from front cover to head, it looks good. When I say the ski it dead, it is dead. I push start button and nothing happens, no gauge lights or anything...

Strange to get nothing after swapping out all those parts, has to be shorted somewhere, wiring or connector. Is the battery drawing down juice when it sits?

I agree. I left the tender off overnight and the voltage dropped from 13.2 to 13.0, so no, not really.

I have no earthly idea what your PM even begins to mean... WTF? Has to be a mistake that you sent it to me. Looks like something that would be posted on a public restroom wall. LOL
