Interest in dyno service for polaris engines

I am trying to gauge interest in anyone that might be interested in having the engine(s) dyno tested and tuned. If you are curious what your engine makes for power and or you want to have your engine broke-in and jetted and timing set on the dyno for max power. If you are running pipes and want to save time going back and forth to the water. This would and could help save a lot of time. Also see what gains are made by bolt-on mods to your engine or other mods. Feedback is appreciated.

    Jay

You guys considering investing in a dyno?

This would be with the engine in the hull, or bench testing?

We have had a dyno for years..........we can dyno snowmobiles as well as Polaris PWC's....

It is a Land-N-Sea dyno. I am just seeing of anyone would be interested in having dyno testing on what they built.

Can dyno engines out of sleds/pwc's or in the chassis or hull.....dyno head is good till 375 HP..............upgraded from the 300 hp model(not really good to 300) that we use to have after making a pull on a grass drag engine Ronnie built and broke to torque arm! Made just over 300 hps out of 1000cc triple Polaris.

I just just throwing it out there for guys that want some options

How would the process work? We pull Engine, carbs, and exhaust, send all to NY?

We would get back--Data points and power graph
Engine that is spot on tuned?

I might be interested in that........ I'm sure cost would be sibject to what is done and how long it takes. But do you have a typical cost or hours normally spent for a basic tuning job?

Cost would be for dyno tuning about 200-250. I know that there would be shipping involved for most of you so I would be willing to help out in any way.

The engine will be tuned to the best of it's capacity granted that it has not other problems. The engine must be in very good shape as for the dyno really works them out!

Also results and ease of tuning is going to depend on what you have done. But all in all I think that it would save a lot of time at the water for guys that want to know they are right there with the engine. You are going to have to play with the rest of the boat.

    I would be very interested.

    As mentioned above.....

How would we go about doing this?

Shipping the entire assembled engine? Carbs, pipes, CDI, etc.....

    Bob,

I would love to dyno your 1350 for you! Let's strap her in and see what it makes for power. Seriously!
