Just got off my ski !
well i got my ski back from the shop and they installed the new sc/clutch and everything is ok . i plan on swaping out the ceramics for the metal washers soon and also start doing some winter mods. i filled my ride plate holes and trimed the reverse gate and got up to 66.8/gps but i want more. what i would like to know is if anyone has a proven and reliable setup for an 06 RXT and what gains should i expect to have. i would like to get to 75 if not faster but dont really want to do anything internal to the motor. i know from reading alot on this site there is alot to factor into a fast ski and hope to get it close the first time with yalls help .......thanks

Start with Riva STG 1 or 2 if the budget allows.... If not start with a home made air intake....they make a big differance......Is your 66 mph in the superman position???? what were your RPMs.....a free prop tweak might free up a mph.....you live very close to the KING of these skis....take Jerry out for a beer & pick his brain....he is a WEALTH of info!!!!

Rocko, if you want 75+ you will need an intercooler, ECU, lightweight valvetrain, custom 4" intake, Riva stage 3 supercharger, Riva grate, Riva wedge, new Riva/Skat 15/18 3 blade prop.
Give me a call tonight if you want to pick my brain

You can't compare one ski to another. Especially in different areas.
Was he going up current?
Were you going down current?
Was the barometric pressure identical for you both when you made your runs?
Was the fuel level identical?
I can go on and on, but i think you get the point. The only way to know how skis compare is to line em up
See you guys at Mudbug
