Thread: BULLSHIT LAWSUIT

How shameless people can be...
Sorry but how SeaDoo can be responsible for the death of that little girl?
When my daughter is 12 I'll give her the keys to my RSV1000 and sue Aprilia when she kills herself because there's no sticker that says she shouldn't.
Well THE LAW says she shouldn't, and none is supposed to ignore the law.
I am OUTRAGED 5 out of 6 jurors wanted to give that joke of a mother FORTY EIGHT POINT THREE MILLION DOLLARS for KILLING her daughter.
Give me a f'ing break.
I'd buy that "stubborn" juror they want to place in the bad guy's part a drink for his defiance to shameless stupidity....

The lawyer who took this case should be arrested for attempted Grand Theft !! No company should ever be held responsible for peoples sheer stupidity !! No product made today is "safe" in the hands of an idiot. A 12 year old should be adult supervised when near the water and the parents should be held responsible when their children break the law.

Whether Seadoo is responsible or not I don't know for sure, but who the hell honestly believes they can get 48.3 million $$$$$$$ out of a lawsuit over the death of one un-supervised child?

Makes you wonder if anyone takes accountablity for their own mistakes anymore.
I feel for the mom, I really do. Even the dumbest of the dumb dont deserve to bury their children. But making up for the loss by suing a good business due to their own neglegence is a crime in and of itself.
Are their warnings on crotch rockets? Corvettes? Ferraris?
Thank God that 5th juror had the cojones to stand his/her ground.

It's like fat people suing Mickey D for being obese...

11, you are my hero, your witty jokes make my day.
And in case you were wondering..
-I'm not hitting on you

Thank you for clearing that up, I was starting to wonder...
Now how about that old woman who put her cat to dry in the microwave and sued the company for not puting a label on it saying "do not attempt to dry your stupid ass cat in the microwave"?
