    Fizzle Air Bleed?

    Hey guys,

I have bought a fizzle cooler for my p-x, It seems doing an air bleed is a common mod? If anyone has pics on location etc would be greatly appreciated!

What does this mod do and where do you run the bleed to?

This mod removes trapped air from the top of the intercooler's core. You run the bleeder outside the hull or to a line that exits the hull.

I drilled a hole in the hull and threaded a 1/4" barb X threaded fitting into it.

I then fabbed up a plastic plug with a small orifice to fit into the threaded end of the fitting.

you need water to cool the hot incoming air from the s/c, by bleeding the air out of the intercooler core it will help it get completely full of water to efficiently cool the hot incoming air from the s/c.
