    Hello

What are people useing to tighten the stock exhaust block off with? and are you supposed to put 5200 sealant around the washer on the out side of the ski? I have alittle water coming in my ski but not sure where so im going over everything now before the start of the new season.

Put water in your hull and tilt the ski. Your leak is prob from the carbon ring.

Didnt think of that idea. I have the intercooler out now. I was putting new zipties on the siffon tubes bc they were lose. and The pipe from the charger to the intercooler came lose on sunday when I took it out for its last ride. I did tighten the rubber boot down around the drive shaft. is the carbon ring hard to do?

Right now the nut to tighten it is inside the hull and the smooth one is on the outside with a washer between it and the hull?

That is fine, but if your having hard time tightening the put it in tunnel so you can put a wrench on it.
If your ski is apart then should be able to tighten from inside.
Silicone goes between Hull and plug. I would have to look on fisch to see which side gasket goes on?

    Replacing carbon ring is easy.

That is not too many hours but could be worn. Do you have any cavitation that you did not have when new?
If you replace stay with OEM.
What other mods do You have that might relate to a leak.
How much water are you talking?
