Looking for a Stock Class ECU Re-Map any ideas?
Ok, Well I was going to go with Les's, but hes $800 for the re-map, and an additional $200 round trip shipping. I like that Les's with Les's retainers are "safe" at 8650rpm, whereas Rotax is at 8400, Im at 8180 with stock ECU so another 220 RPMS for $1200 doesnt seem worth it. Any other options or possibly programmers in the US anyone would reccomend? Or is Les the man? Thanks.

You could go with a 8400 ecu from Les. I don't think Rotax Racing makes a stock class ecu for the X.

The Rev Limiter isnt the problem, I guess Im just learning that speed is expensive..haha. I was just wondering if anyone knew of reputable programmers in the US?
I heard of Power Chip Group in Los Angeles, but then I read a few 'iffy reviews on them.
I guess I should mention this is for a IJSBA Stock Legal Ski, So a RIVA with 60lb. injectors is out too..

You have to run stock fuel injectors or stock fuel injectors that appear stock. Wondering if you could just turn the fuel pressure up and run the RIVA ecu with 42s. Never tried it, just a thought.

Yeah Les' ECUs aren't exactly cheap, but they are worth it. I don't know of anyone in US who can reprogram ECUs besides Power Chip, but let you said I also haven't heard too many good reveiws and I think Jerry even removed them from his store a while back.
Yeah you wouldn't be able to run the Riva ECU since you can't change the injectors

JP1300 I like the way you think .. lol. But I cant turn up the pressure because any mods to the fueling system is illegal as well.
