YAM 98 1200XL speed Sensor
Speed sensor looks like a goner. I had to take it off to do a jet pump rebuild.
These things are 75-100 bucks so I'm looking for ideas on how to make this one work. Looking for ideas on how to make this work.
I could jb weld it to the ride plate. Really no harm done cause if it comes off its a goner anyway. ideas?

I used waterweld or jb weld, and drilled new holes, because my inserts fell out. I then spray painted it, and used flathead bolts with nuts. It looks like you still have one insert you can use with original bolt. I've ridden about eight hours so far ans it has held up fine so far.
