It's kind of a tough call what to expect that time of year here in SE FL. Generally, the further into summer the less chance you'll have of the higher winds & bigger seas we see in spring. If we get summer weather early you can expect high humidity, high 80's/low 90's temps, 5-10kt SE winds & seas 1-3' near shore. If the sping weather hangs around later, expect lower humidity, mid 80's temps, 10-15kt E-NE winds with 2-5' seas near shore & bigger as you get out into the stream.

Either way, the best time to make the crossing will be early morning because afternoon T-storms are very frequent.
