You need the tps plugged in.. Why would you unplug it?

    Whats compression?

Last time i seen this it was water ingestion.

try 120 piolets and 140 mains w/ 90 return jet, 17 psi pop-off-- 1 1/2 lows and 1 turn out on the highs to start. Should be a little rich, but it will get you in the ball park...

I didnt like the tps cable ..... Its pluged in but not used...

There's no water in the cylinders just fuel
compressions are 150 151 same as before.

    Im thinking its the solenoid.
my raves have cut holes in them meaning i shouldnt use the solenoid.

Jim why run 140 Mains and 120?

That sounds more like my Kawasaki X2 settings?

I never ran a Kawasaki X2 , but I have ran the 44 Novis w/ the 951. I don't recall the screw settings, but my LS and HS jets were 117.5 and 137.5 w/ 80 return jet-- 69.9 mph coffman piped, ported, stock bore 951 w/ years worth of tuning-- 99 GSXL. The fastest and hardest excellerating GSXL I ever made using the stock jet pump.

there is a nice sticky that explains setting up carbs. It sounds like yours arent set up. A 2smoke with no load sounds great. Put a load on it and if air fuel aint spot on along with exhaust it wont run right for long. You cant just bolt on fancy parts they are all a little different. Raves dont do a thing till 5K so your not there yet. Try one thing at a time or you will never find it.

Try a fresh set of plugs before going to deep into troubleshooting mode.
