You should not be using that much oil but some of the X Chargers are known for that. You need to drop in one of the Viton seals in it bro and see what happens after that. There is a guy in the classifieds selling them. After u get it installed try to clean out all the oil in the IC etc. You can use gasoline in the IC.

+1..Sounds like the all to familiar front seal failure.....Do as Eric has posted, replace the OEM seal for the new Viton and clean the oil out of your IC with gasoline...

im assuming you cleaned the intercooler as thorough as you possibly could prior to running it with the new charger?? if not these intercoolers can hold a LOT of that old oil blown through them in the passage ways! going to need a new set of plugs too!

I suggest you have your supercharger re-built now.....before the inner bearing goes bad. I don't know for sure but my thinking is such that as the seal goes bad enough oil is sucked up through or passed the seal it starves the inner bearing causing failure. Ask me how I know......

Here is the link to the seals guys.

A rebuild could be a good idea but the stock seal wont last past a couple hours probably anyways before it leaks again. I also have the tools if you want to take the seal out without rebuilding.

oil is in he tube after the supercharger, the current superchager is brand new and has 3 hrs on it, it was replaced by the dealer. the stock supercharger had 90hrs on it, speed, i will look into that seal, just curious if there is anything internal on the motor that will cause this issue, only being that this is the second blower on the ski and problem is persistant,, does the seal you sell go on the blower or on the motor case?
