DONT DO THAT!!!! Get some simple green and lay it down on the concrete. Get a hose and a brush. Wet the inside and then Spray the simple green all over the inside and scrub LIGHTLY. Then rinse thoroughly and hang over the fence to dry or towel dry. It needs to dry out fully to prevent more mold from developing. Simple green or Kaboom or some stuff like that. 409 works well.

We have a front loading washer and I washed it no problem. Came out nice and clean! Probably wouldnt use a washer with an agitator though.

you will need to re apply a waterproofing agent.
washing machine works great except it will wash off the waterproofness.

That's kinda why I advised against doing washing it in the WM.

I wash 'em once a year in a regular old top loader washing machine. Prior to doing so, I spray all moldy areas with some bathroom mold spray cleaner. Throw em in the wash, hang dry, and then apply waterproofing. I get the starbrite in the gallon jug for about $20, and it does 2 covers.

I leave my skis on the jet dock all summer, so come fall the covers need the wash. My covers look great!

Even without washing, your cover could use a coat of waterproofing yearly.

Don't let the nay-sayers hold you down!
