today i install my boost n AFR gauges, when i start my engine the AFR reading was 19.8 then for abt 1 to 2 mins it read 50.1
if it is 50.1 means there is something wrong with the sensor!!but its brand new!
    anyone encounter tis b4?

    Tyson,
I don't think anything is wrong with the sensor....I think its a "connection" problem. I seem to remember seeing the cause for the 50.1 reading somewhere here but I couldn't find it using the "search" function. I'm sure the people that know what their talking about will chime in....

edit:.... and after some googling it looks like it very well could be the sensor.

    I know nothing!

I had that happen once but I shut it down and waited a few minutes. When I started it back up, everything was fine. Only happened once. This happened quite a wile after it was installed, though.

Incidentally, I have ran the same sensor (without a heat bung) all summer without removing it. The sensor I'm running is the one that came with my LC-1.
