TDR Waterbox + Riva Free Flow

I've been considering doing this setup instead of going with the Riva waterbox and having to relocate the intercooler..

I already have the free flow kit installed now, just wondering if anyone would know how it would go if I throw on one of these TDR boxes.

Anyone gone with this setup before? Would it be much louder??

It will be louder then OEM box but not as loud as thru Hull.
But the drone Will be bad at 3,500 rpm.
If you carry passengers in alot of slow wake it can be irritable.
    TDR makes good boxes.

Skoepp the drone is already really loud around 3000rpm. After that it sounds awesome and I love it loud!

I realise that it will be removing all the baffles that are in the stock waterbox..

Would I notice some power gains?

You may see a SLIGHT rpm gain and a tiny bit better throttle response but nothing majorly noticable ..

I have never ran a TDR box with OEM exit but have ran several TDR (same box) thru hull. You cant get much better. You might see minimal gains, but the 08 X OEM setup is pretty hard to beat.

I have been running a shortned gutted OEM box (thanks Sno) with no resonator on my RXT and the drone is high up to 3,500 rpm.
Not a problem for me as i only have short no wake zone on my lake then its wot.
But if you carry others it can be an issue IMO

Im converting it over to thru hull right now!!!!

IF you are handy you can fab up a exhaust hose to exit thru hull and keep the intercooler in OEM location.

Yeah I hadn't heard of anyone with this setup but it was worth an ask. I would love to do the thru hull setup but it's just so dam expensive relocating the intercooler on the X.. Plus I live in Aus so i'm always paying a fortune for postage. Might just do it one step at a time..

I bet you could run one of these and keep IC where its at.
Its for the P-X but if there is any difference between the P and T it would be distance and that is easy to fix.

Just a bit trying post pic.
It want let me attach the pic, go to searh and put in "opas" 4 tech section and find thread of keeping opas on X with thru hull. Is 3rd or 4th down from top. Top of page 3 is the pics.
