    Display alarms "VOLTS" and flashes

The battery is charged and it runs o.k. and seems to be charging at 13.5. So what should i look for? Any help is appreciated. This is for a GP 800 1999
    thanks

Still trying to see why the "volt" warning would come on. Any insight would be helpful.
    thanks.
Guess most are hunkered down with hot chocolate and schnapps with their snow mobiles or tip up ice fishing.

My battery always showed when engaging the select button 14.2-14.5V running at 1400-1700 rpms idling on the trailer... it might be weak...you could also post this Q on Yamaha old school section...

    jet Dave,
    thanks for the reply.
I've been posting to the 2 stroke Yamaha board with no success . Think I'm going to find a good working display and swap it out and see if that fixes this problem. I took the electrical box apart and went threw it. It "looked" clean and healthy. I also run the ski and check voltage and it's charging the battery. Battery is new.....
    still scratching my head.....
