Can you give us any performance figures on this ski?
How fast do you think it will be when you get around the speed limiter?
Do you think the new supercharger is a big improvement over the old one?
That intake grate looks like it could be slowing it down. Is that the case?
Is the hull the same or have they changed it?
The top inlet on the intercooler has been plugged. How did they change the water routing to the IC?
I know that's a lot of questions but you seem to be the only one we know of who
has their hands on a 300X.

guessing the oem grate is there to slow it down

with all those wings on it I don't see how it couldn't slow it down.

I will be interested to see how "redesigned" the motor actually is.

injectors and F/pump
and ECU recalibration
mod the intake a wee bit ( but it should be a good grate for hookup )
prop ( little bit here, little bit their )
and the usuall free mods
that STUPID crankcase drain is still around ( have to love emission regulations )

I can't wait for the results, get mine in, and to spend my money. Mine will be setup offshore/endurance but very curious.

There is a slight change in the hull.
1. Intake area
2. stiffening around 3 frontal areas.
3. flushing of engine will be done thru the one of the holes you see on the transom
4. flushing of the intercooler is done through the other hole on the transom
There are a host of other changes to in the engine! )

We have gotten around the speed limiter already and in bone stock form it will run 71 by just removing that function with no other mods.
The new hull is about 40-60 pounds lighter depending on production of each unit
The new supercharger is much better then old design
The intake grate does not slow down as much as you think maybe 1/2 mph but much better hook up and cancels all prop spin
This new Ultra is best production all around watercraft in my book. It is not the fastest on the water but handles and works the best in all water conditions
I will keep you guys informed on our testing over the next few weeks. We will have a new Ultra 300 in our booth at the Atlanta boat show in january
