    Aftermarket steering for the SHO?

i have been looking for a good quality aftermarket steering kit for the SHO.....
so, far i have come up empty handed........
has anyone had any luck finding something better than oem?
i do not care about the tilt feature.
what i really need is for it to be about 6 inches taller and to have bars about 4 inches wider.
i know r&d had one earlier this year. but, i did not hear any good reviews about it.
if riva could produce a system similiar to what they have for the FZR,for the SHO. I would be a very happy customer.
i did see one earlier in the summer from a race team. which was made in france.
it looked like a solid piece of billet aluminium. but, of course i did not save the info.
    any help would be appreciated.

I think I have a price list some where. I was looking at the one with the shock absorber and I think that was going to be around $1,500

    Only sometimes...

I like the new Riva steering system. Just have to justify the $600.

Obviously the information and prices could have changed, but here is what I have.

    Some nice looking stuff!

Euro exchange rate could be worse...
