What to look for in a total loss claim
My truck got totaled and I am going to be getting a call tomorrow for what the total loss value for me vehicle will be. Any advise on what to look out for as they try to under bid what my truck is worth. Looking for items to keep an eye out for that they will try to get me on. I am going through the other drivers insurance for the claim first to see what they will give me.
Thanks in advance!!

I went through the same thing a few years ago. I got all the info I could find on how much my wifes car was worth and had it in hand when negotiating with the other drivers insurance. The best info was what similar vehicles were selling for in my area.

Happened to my daughter and they gave her several thousand more than what we paid for her car. She ended up getting a newer model.
