hey you said you had the bumper fail on teh front of your driveshaft causing a cavitation, i was curious if you had alot of driveshaft play or if a little bit is normal, if i use alot of force i can move my shaft in and out about 1/8" its not loose at all it just has some movement, i was just curious if it is supposed to be tight or loose...........
i cant wait till people comment on this one!!

There should be alittle play,not 1/8. You have to pull the shaft out of the hull and check the end of the shaft.

Seadoo02xp - I am in the same situation as you. Everything is out; just waiting on the driveshaft tool from Seadoo to get the shaft out. The cavitation was just killing me. Will be finishing up tonight hopefully.

i dunno if i have a problem, it doesnt move very much, my cavitation problem has been gone for awhile but since i had my pump off o just yanked on the drive saft a little to see how much play i have
