Ethanol-free gas stations
Here's a cool site that forum member Sundance just emailed me about. It lists gas stations that sell ethanol-free gas.

I have seen that posted on Screamandfly.com before. All of the stations around here that were supposed to be selling it quit years ago.
There are some marinas that have low octane gas in non-ethanol but their Distributors claim there is no 93 available since they are now using Ethanol to now boost the octane.
Florida and the Feds are giving the producer and Distributor $1.53 in subsidies for each gallon of Ethanol that is mixed into the fuel, so they have no incentive not to use it.

I am hearing that all stations have until sometime in june to convert to ethanol . There is only one station left in my area that is ethanol free and they said they had to convert sometime in june . The owner of the station is a multi millionair with a great deal of political influence and he said there is nothing he can do about it.

In Florida, there are a few stations that sell non-ethanol fuel, but it is only 89 octane. The refiners use the ethanol to boost the 89 to 93, so they don't refine a true 93 without ethanol.
