New Supercharger Design
As some of you know (People in the know) I'm working with a good friend of mine who owns a turbo shop in designing a new Supercharger range for the SHO motor.
There will be a couple of different options. To be finalized after test next week.
Here is a teaser for what we are doing.
On the left is a H1 , on the right is what we are doing as a brand new complete billet replacement charger for the EXTREME racing series. The housing on the right still hasn't been milled out also! If you want to compare it to a turbo charger , the front housing is off a HKS T51r, I must stress , that S/C is for full built race motors.
Testing of our new Billet replacement housings / 3 bearing shafts / blades will hopefully happen late next week, other wise it will be after Xmas. Full range will be posted after testing.
And YES, as you can see in the photo top right, we are also improving the clutch system.

Wow. There's a lot in that post. Sounds very innovative.
Please keep us (not in the know) posted.

Coz you cant buy a replacement housing for the stock HKS s/c on the SHO, we are right now just about finished a T04 / TO6 front housing with complete billet replacement internal parts. This will be targeted for 90% of what we are doing.
