    Msx 140 Rpm

    Hi! my another problem, if it normal only 6500-6800 RPM? it is maximum,that my Polaris is made, if posible to make thomething ,that RPM it is more?,in servise manual spoak about 7200,if it realy?

    7200rpm is the rev limiter max.

    6500rpm is too low.

    6800rpm is about right.

    What can be problem,maybe some sensors, hu is know?And what is RPM maximum can to be, if it is about 6800, hau can i fix it?

    I know there was a problem with the airbox supports rubbing through the air sensors, check that.

    Also, the Throttle Position Sensor may need to be checked.

    Al... what was the effects of the air sensor ripping? I can't remember...

    I have he himself problem my RPM are of 6500 and she completes test that I had was of 6400 RPM and I want to improve that problem and to raise my RPM

    I would certainly look at the TPS on both boats. If you have no lap top to check that bad boy I'd a least take the slack out of the cable, it's usually good for at least 1-200 RPM.
    What elevation you guys at??

    I can't remember, I never had one on my boat long enough to care. LOL
    If nobody answers it today, I'll look it up tonight.

    my tps has been new buys it for 6 months
