Pictures for the 1450cc Bigbore guys!!!

    Pics, as requested...

This was the best I could do without disassembly. Keep in mind that the new head won't have the big cooling bar like the Union-Bay head. (we could actually get rid of it on the Union head too, but there was no reason to at the time)

After examining and reexamining this issue time and time again, Matrix Man and myself are convinced that the exhaust valves would clear, especially if you're thinking of using the Rotax ones!!!

I'll get better pics when we disassemble the pipes, which we'll be doing shortly.

Again, this was the best I could do for now.

DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS, but I think it's going to be a 74mm stroker crank and somewhere around a 91mm bore. That would be a 1444cc.

Again, do not take this as written in stone.

    Smile Sharps New 1450 Stroker!!!!!!

Yes You Are Correct.this Is The Bore And Stroke And Yes It Will Have Valves Along With An All New Head Kit Which Will Consist Of Our New Head Design.we Also Will Be Doing 1200 Valve Cylinders.everything Is Under Construction As We Speak.we Also Did A Virage For A Customer Before Crazys Boat. Same Motor On A Muffler. Stock 1200 Motor Ran 61 Mph At 6700 Rpm. Then Ran Same Motor At 64.1 Mph With Ocean Pro Ride Plate,6 Degree Wedge,v-force Reeds And 92 Octane Domes. Not Bad. But With Our 1335 Motor This Boat Ran 70.4 Mph On Stock Carbs, stock Ignition And Stock Exhaust.this Boat Is A Real Sleeper. The Only Way To Tell It Wasent Stock Was The Watcon Head Cover Because At The Time We Did Not Have Our Own Head Cover.

    More Info On 1450 Motor

OUR NEW 1450 MOTOR WILL BE RUNNING THE EXHAUST LOG IN PLACE OF STOCK POLARIS RED PIPE DUE TO FACT THE VALVES WILL NOT FIT AGAINST STOCK PIPE. BECAUSE OF THE WAY PIPE MOUNTS ON CENTER CYLINDER THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO RUN VALVES. WITH EXHAUST LOG HOWEVER THEY WILL FIT JUST FINE. JAY FROM ATLANTIC POWER SPORTS AND US AT SHARPS WILL BE RUNNING THIS SETUP ON AN 03 MSX. WE WILL NOTE THE PROGRESS ALONG THE WAY. WE WILL DYNO THIS MOTOR AND POST ALL RESULTS. TRUST ME IT WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT!!!!
