    Advantages of bigger i/c

Just wondering if there is any performance gains in changing to a bigger intercooler. Just installed riva power cooler and went for a ride with my mate in his modified seadoo 215 and could not split us. Didn't notice any gains in performance still off the limiter by about 50-100 rpm at wot and holeshot still excellent by the way it's a fzr with air intake ribbon removed ff exhaust grate and repitched prop

Go a bigger boost wheel, your mate on the seadoo will be wishing he got a Yamaha.

are you using the oem cooling for the intercooler?
if you are, you are throwing away some horsepower.
if you are running a dedicated line to the intercooler from the pump strainer. you are on the right track.
when you get the reflash you will love it.

The reason you didn't go faster with your IC is because you are on the limiter. You either need more pitch in your prop or a reflash that will raise your rev limiter.
