Its not that often that a company goes that extra mile to help out a customer these days.I just wanted to say Riva has been top dog.I had trouble updateing the vipec firmware and they called me a number of times here in thailand long distance and walked me through it.Also they arranged to have a tech go online with me and complete the update if I was unable to myself.No brown nosing just giving my experience post sales with Riva.

I can be pretty critical of companies since I expect so much, but that was pretty cool.

I agree. Riva has been fantastic with there VIPEC support.
