    Hi guys sorry for my lenguage, please how many clerance between cilinder/piston when use oversize pistons? i have rotax racing 2 rings.thanks.ciao

    I beleive it also depends on how much boost you will be running or something but I'm not 100 percent sure on that. That is just an observation from my rebuild.

    Just for the heck of it, how much boost are you planning to run?

    Thanks , i use rotax impeller with spacer, i have 14.5 psi , i see your pwc is very fantastic work, i have one question for you , for lubricate turbo shaft where you take oil? and have pipe and manifold for installation on my pwc turbo? i pay. Ciao

    The last block i bored/honed for a customer with Riva Pistons was set up .003" clearance.

    ok, if i have 0.06 mm ? is good?

    ok conversion size is 0.06 mm is 0.0023622 inch in this case is good my clerance?

    that seems a bit tight. usually .002-.003" for naturally aspirated and around .005" for forced induction and nitrous applications is what i go by.

    Louis Milone Runs .003" clearace Riva Pistons on a turbo motor spinning 9500 rpm @ 29psi.
