What kind of help are you looking for? Selling it as a running ski is an option if you have local buyers, parting it out is obviously your second option but it usually takes more time and hassle with shipping and receiving payment.

It's hard to say. It depends on the local market if you're selling it as a running ski, not to mention it's not easy selling a ski in winter. Parting it out might bring you a few more dollars but it's $20.00 here, $50.00 there as opposed to all the money at once if sold whole.

Paarts are not selling well at all right now. My suggestion would be to sell it in the spring when prices are highest

If it is a running ski, Sell it and let someone has fun with it. If you part it out, You will have a bunch of left over parts you dont need, and cant get rid of, such as an empty hull.
