Overstuff is a factor of many variables. Intake grate, prop, power, hull attitude etc. No two are the same.

Theres also a TON of posts in several different areas on this board that can be found by using the search feature on this great site. Not only can you read about the "Overstuff" but you can read how to fix it..

No sign of any overstuff at nearly 88mph with Riva grate, Riva Plate, Pro Block offs, Riva Sponsons and a 15/21 pitched up at 8600rpm. I reckon your safe at 90mph+, just have not got there yet with current set up.

It's like finding out your some chicks 'baby daddy'. You don't know until it happens. But when it does, it has the potential to do some damage...... to the rider. At least if you get removed at 70+. There are preventative measures, however.

Aint nothing more exciting than scuba diving lessons at 85 mph!!!! I have never heard of an RXP stuffing at 85 so I would say your safe to atleast that speed without any pump pressure relief. If your real concerned check out the Jetdraft Pump Relief setup in the online store. Simple to install with the supplied tools but a little pricy.

I have been looking at FUTEK sensors to employ in some of the projects I am working on. May be one of thier flush mount sensors could at least hep determine at what pressure you are getting "Pump Stuff". Since FUTEK units can connect to some ECU devices ( not sure about sea-doo which I believe are made by BOSCH (correct me if I am wrong) It would be cool to record the data.

Some of you all are very craft, so how about mounting one sensor on the intake side of the pump and on the outlet side to record the difference in pressure at certain propellar speeds (forget about vehicle speed, as you have to consider-Water temp, rider weight, wind speed and direction, wave hight, salt water, freash water...).

For those of you living near ocean and also salt free water can test to see the difference at which prop speed you get what pressure. Any way just long thought from someone on the learning curve http://www.futek.com/product.aspx?t=pressure
