    Kawi STX Hull

Hey guys I don't normally post on the Kawi section but was planning on using a kawi STX hull for an upcoming project.

My question about the STX hulls are the following:

-Are all of them the same? STX 900, STX 1100, STX 15F etc.
I know the top is different but is the bottom the same , including the pump tunnel?

-Do they weight the same, if not then which weights more or less?

For now these are all og the questions I have. Thanks beforehand.

Orlando, don't bother with the stock hull. It's too heavy and it doesn't line up... too much modification. By the end of the month I should have the molds popped and ready to sell to be bolt on ready & easy assembly for your 4-tec and sea doo pump. It will fit your rxp top deck as if it was stock RXP bottom fit. Should way around 160 lbs. Stock tunnels are to small on these Kawi bottoms. you would be going backwards on using a stock hull. My hulls will be made of carbon and glass. we will also have the front mount turbo header that will fit like a glove & only equal length out there.

Alright Chris I'll hit you up later. I was just asking because I was getting a killer deal on one and thought to might as well try it out.

So all the STX's have the same pump tunnel size? (Small apparently)

will you be making these bottom decks so the kawi top deck can be used as well?

i thought i'd never say this but a kawi hull with a doo motor in it and a fuel tank like the ulta has... this could be the ultimate long distance riding boat

Your just wanting to do distance with more speed is the determination of putting the doo motor in the hull. I have the 15F and already think I have the best all around distance craft. It isn't the offshore machine of the ultra but doesn't mind 2 - 3 foot chop either. The engine is reliable and still quick and fast enough since most of our distance rides are done at 45. I have gone over 100 miles on one tank also. Instead of changing out the fuel tank I can just add a 6 gallon can to the back of the ski, 2 jugs and I can go probably around 200+ miles. Anyone interested in hulls I think my friend still has a '03 STXR and a '04 15F for sale.
