help riva valve kit.
Have a problem with riva valve kit. Bought one from one member, and my repairman after putting a new riva valve kit on lemoine's jetski called me to tell me that one part of the kit I gave him was missing.
Can't have the term in english but when you look at the picture on the link,
It's the first circle thing on the left. I have the other one right next to and the springs.
Can you please tell me what is it cause I'm already riding with the kit....

according to the tuto, the circle thing I have has to be on top of the springs. Just want to know if I can ride like that.

If you are running without or prepareing to run without it you'll probably float a valve due to weak spring pressure. When this happens you will destroy the engine......

If it is actually the one for the top you cant run it anyway....you need to contact Riva or maybe a forum member can help you out. I'm not certain if the OEM retainers will work with the Riva springs properly.

You will probably have to leave a message but they always call you back. It will likely be a two or three week wait but dont get impatient, it will ship.
