There were 3 that I knew of in the past making the big bore kits. Rossier, Dean's team and Mel Miller/Bill O' Neal. Rossier's out of the Pwc arena, and I believe Dean's Team isn't making kits anymore as well. So, I would call Bill O'Neal if you don't get in touch with Ben first.

Mark Underwood sells them as well. Racetech I believe is the name of his new company. All you have to do is bore your cylinders out to match the pistons, whalla, 1050 non ported big bore. But if you want the port work, I believe WatercraftMagic is the only source now a days.

Is it cheaper to go straight to Mel? From what I understood, Mel wants people going trough Bill..... correct me if im wrong...

OOPS, old thread..... let's refresh it. Who is making the bigbore kits this year? ANd, Rossier will still do the porting, they just don't have pipes / heads/ or big bore kits ect... they are firm on going to larger carbs with their big bore kits as well.

You can still get big bore pistons and cylinder porting from:

Race Tech (Mark Underwood) or PPG
    Rotax Racing Single Ring Pistons:
    91.89mm
    91.99mm
    92.09mm

MRC (Mel Miller) or Watercraft Magic (Bill O'Neil)
MRC Coated Pistons - Made for Miller by Wiseco:
    92.43mm
    92.85mm
