    Need help tuning 09 RXT IS 255...

    I'm helping a friend tune his ski...
    I don't know the IS so I have some questions for you guys.

    Which pump wedge to use?

    I wants to run the Riva XX charger... does he need bigger injectors??

    He wants to run this combo:

    Riva XX charger
    Power filter kit
    Solas 15/22R (I will help him tweak it)
    Exhaust kit rear
    Pump wedge

    It's an European version, so no need to remove the speed limiter...

    What do you guys think??

    He will need reflash ECU cuz the boost limiter

    Without reflash you will be on limiter of around 73.5-74.5 MPH on GPS with only some mods like the impeller and intake. The boost limit will be a problem as usual with the XX.

    You are best off to make your own intake, as the options are very limited with the space.

    You don't have many options for REAR exhaust, but you can remove the resonator box no problem.

    The pump wedge... I haven't thought about this one yet.

    The rear exhaust is a kit in jerrys store... i'll leave the intake stock... But what about the pump wedge? Is it the same pump as on theT-X??
    So about the boost limit... what happens when it hits the limit?

    I'm pretty sure the rear exhaust kit won't fit the iS models, only RXTX. You better check with Jerry. The resonator delete is no problem though!

    Boost limit will act on your RPM and LIMIT RPM to keep boost below the threshold.

    The exhaust has been changed into the freeflow-kit... You are right about the rear-kit don't fit.
    My friend has ordered:

    Riva pump wedge
    breather catch can
    Freeflow exhaust
    solas 15/22R
    Riva xx charger
    Riva valvetrain upgrade
    R&D intake grade (he wants to try it on)
    ECU re-flash

    The pump is completely different and the wedge will not work. I know that Malte was relocating the battery on the T-X in order to add rear exhaust. The iS in this video appears to have rear exhaust.

    The re-flash of the ecu will add more fuel for the xx charger... Jerry told me that the rear exhaust wont work, but the free-flow will....

    We are adding the XX charger, not the XXX, cause that would require bigger injectors and FPR.
