    best way to remove rxpx mats

    i want to put hydroturf on rxpx due to the stock mats are too slipery, what is the preferred way to remove old mats

    they should come straight off ...just take it slow and start from the corner...they come off pretty easy

    +1 just peel them off they come of easy....When you get your Hydroturf make sure you get it with the 3m Adhesive tape on them...A great $20 investment

    to make it faster, just use your heat gun as you peel them off, itloosens the glue and makes it very easy.

    and those aluminum nails ? how does one remove them ?

    What nails ?? The only model that I know of that had rivets was the yellow 04 Rxp

    yeah mine too. it is a 2004 GTX model. so i guess we are talking about the same rivets. what should i do with them if i just pull the old mats out ?

    I thought the PX mats were better than the P mats? Are they Hydroturf even better?

    I drill them out, fill them in, slap on new mats.
