Picked up my new truck.. Dodge Ram Lifted 9"
Just picked up my truck not even a week ago.. it is a 2002 dodge ram 1500 lifted 9" all together 6" pro comp lift 3" body lift.. and 35" tires..
It doesn't look as big in these pictures as it is!
I just installed my own custom cold air intake system... this thing is fun, but horrible on gas
the pick of it by the truck is the same on stock..

NICE! What motor? 4.7 or 5.9?
Mine's an 02' with the 5.9....10.3mpg LIFETIME!!!!
I FINALLY pulled out the passenger side step bar from when that tree stump pushed it in, REMEMBER!!! When we went to go get your ECU matched up in the Ozarks!

its a 5.9L and yeah I'm at like 10mpg.... I just did my own cold air intake today.. and I think I am already getting better MPG.. tomorrow well it might snow, but I'm thinking about taking my throttle body off.. im apart of a dodge forum.. and there is a throttle body mod where you cut off these notches that stick up all around the throttle body.. make them flush and smooth.. better response and better airflow.. i need better MPG I dunno how!

Upgrade your rear end! If you aren't running 4.56 then your wasting your time you'll get better mpg also. And if you go with an efan for your radiator you'll gain a few ponies to boot plus another few more mpg. Cat back and headers would also help. But most importantly, gears. If you aren't running at least 4.56 with those 35's then you really aren't doing yourself any good.

if your runnin 35's you dont need the 3" body lift especially if your not off roading it. you might want to look into a programer/chip. that will also help with your fuel economy.

Truck looks nice, BUT if you were/are worried about fuel mileage why would you buy a truck of that caliber?? Doesnt make sense to me.... Gas is suppost to go over 4 bucks a gallon this year,Good luck.........
