    R&D

I GPS'ed all the brands and then again with Shims...interesting results...WORX is an awesome plate. I just got slightly better results for my style of racing with the R&D

How do you have the R&D set up as far as shims or spacers? Are you running the stock spacers with it or not? Sorry to hijack this, I searched first to see if you posted your results and couldn't find anything.

    Depends on application.
Always with OEM spacers. The R&D plates are designed to have these clip in. For racing i place two shims between the OEM spacer and the plate. (not on the outside of the spacer as it will punch into the hull) If you want to go faster then take em out and run it flat. About 2mph difference when I GPS tested.

Heres a list of the plates all in the flat position.

    R&D +2-3 (MPH)
    Riva +2
    Stock Shimmed Front +2
    Stock
    WORX -2

Even though a shimmed stock plate is close to R&D & Riva plates the handling was not there. Good in a straight line but tracked all over the place in turns and chop.

It doesn't. The worx is the most stable plate I've ever used. I still use my other one in cc racing, chop and wave jumping. The others don't come close . The worx is awesome. Powering through turns is something else with this plate.... Effortless. You have to try it.
