    Texas GPR/SHO...build.by clgpr and txgp1300r

We have started a build thread for another gpr/sho . A complete sho motor has been purchased and a very nice blueprinted hull is in hand for this build thread. I will post photo's of the work as we complete it.
The motor will be about stage 2 level....I just finished the exhaust manifold and will post photo's later.... this should be a very nice sleeper ski that is good on gas but will still bust 85.....our plans are : r-2 flash, type 13 cooler (custom mount), c-5 wheel, hks blow off , restrictor removed, intake air and exhaust mods....ss grate, and a big prop..etc...etc..........never did a build thread before but here goes nothing...
I welcome any positive comments and really appreciate a few tips..(this ski will be owned by clgpr Chris.)....enjoy......Txgp1300r (David)

The exhaust manifold is done...I placed a thick wall steele pipe inside the tube and turned up the tig for maximum penetration , the steel tube let the aluminum flow together real nice with out any power robbing drips inside....I welded the inside tube with three beads..the last was an inch wide sewing up the beads and blending everything, hopefully it should not crack. This took about 3 hours , I think I can do the next one quicker.......next is the exhaust muffler , then ill make the intercooler bracket like the one I made for my fzr.

Congrats on the built, lots of potential. Just finished mine up last week and wow it crazy, stock wheel ,reflash (R2) 90 mph. Imagine what a c5 would do. Remember safety first.
